You will need QD Base, Clear JimmyGel, and BlinkTips™.
1. Using LEpro Cleanser and LEpro Cleansing Wipes, cleanse the natural nails thoroughly.
2. Push back nail folds with LEpro Cuticle Pusher and remove cuticle tissue from the nail plate. Cuticle detailing can also be done using the LE Zippy eFile and Z-Bits.
3. Prep the natural nails with a very light touch, using a 100/180 Grit Lexy File or LE Perfect File; cleanse using LEpro Cleanser and Lint Free Wipes, and remove all dust and debris from the nails.
4. Pre-measure and make any adjustments to fit the BlinkTips™ to the natural nails.
5. Cleanse nails again and Apply QD Base to the natural nails in a thin, even layer. Cap the free edge, and cure for 60 seconds in the LEDdot lamp or two minutes in a UV Lamp.
6. Flip the BlinkTip™ over and apply Tack sparingly in the area that will be in contact with the QD Base layer applied to the natural nail plate. Do not cure. Repeat this step with the remaining nine tips and then cure all 10 tips for 60 seconds in the LEDdot lamp or two minutes in a UV Lamp.
7. Apply a thin, even coat of Clear JimmyGel to the nail. Cap the free edge. It is important you do not apply too much gel or risk overflowing on all sides as the BlinkTip™ is applied.
- Place the base of the BlinkTip™ near the cuticle area* of the nail plate and gently rock it down onto the nail*, allowing the JimmyGel to slowly press forward toward the free edge of the natural nail.
Key Points
- Do not apply too much pressure, as this can cause the JimmyGel to press out from under the tip.
- By rocking the tip on from the cuticle to the free edge, any excess gel should be squeezed out right at the free edge. You do not want excess gel. This would be an indicator you applied too much.
9.While holding the tip in place, flash cure using a FlashDot™ curing lamp for 10 seconds.
10. Continue applying the full cover tips to one hand, flash-curing each nail. Once all five tips are secured, cure the nails for 60 seconds in an LEDdot curing lamp or two minutes in a UV lamp. Repeat tip application steps on the second hand.Place the base of the BlinkTip™ near the cuticle area* of the nail plate and gently rock it down onto the nail*, allowing the JimmyGel to slowly press forward toward the free edge of the natural nail.
Once all tips are applied and fully cured in the LEDdot curing lamp: BlinkForms™, Dual Forms for Sculpting in a Blink
- Apply Tack over the top of the tips, and cure for 60 seconds in the LEDdot lamp or two minutes in a UV Lamp.
- OPTIONAL: For added strength, apply a thin coat of JimmyGel from the cuticle to the free edge of each nail and cure for 60 seconds in the LEDdot lamp or two minutes in a UV Lamp.

Gel Application: You will need Powerbond, Lexy Line Builder Gel, and BlinkForms™.
- Using LEpro Cleanser and LEpro Cleansing Wipes, cleanse the natural nails thoroughly.
- Push back the keratinized proximal nail fold with LEpro Cuticle Pusher and remove cuticle tissue from the nail. Cuticle detailing can also be done using the LE Zippy eFile and Z-Bits.
- Prep the natural nails with a very light touch, using a 100/180 Grit Lexy File or LE Perfect File; cleanse using LEpro Cleanser and Lint Free Wipes, and remove all dust and debris from the nails.
- Pre-measure and make any adjustments to fit the BlinkForms™ to the natural nail.
- Cleanse nails again using LEpro Cleanser and LEpro Cleansing Wipes.
- Apply Powerbond to the natural nails in a thin, even layer. Cap the free edge, and cure for 60 seconds in the LEDdot lamp or two minutes in a UV Lamp.
- Flip the BlinkForm™ over and apply an even coat of Lexy Line Builder Gel following the guidelines to achieve cohesive length nails.
- Place the base of the BlinkForm™ near the cuticle area* of the nail plate and gently rock it down onto the nail*, allowing the Lexy Line Builder Gel to slowly make contact with the natural nail.
*Key Points:
- Do not apply too much pressure, as this can cause the Lexy Line Builder Gel to press out from under the form.
- By rocking the tip from the cuticle to the free edge, any excess gel should be squeezed out right at the free edge. You do not want excess gel. This would be an indicator you applied too much gel or pressure.
- You can slide the form closer to the skin if needed.
- While holding the form, flash cure using a FlashDot™ curing lamp for 10 seconds.
- Flip the nail upside down and use a gel brush to smooth out the underside of the free edge before the final cure. Cure 60 seconds in the LEDdot curing lamp or two minutes in a UV Lamp (you may want to cure the back sides of the nails as an added precaution if you apply your gel thick). Continue applying the BlinkForms™ to the remaining nails.
Once all BlinkForms™ are applied and fully cured in the LEDdot curing lamp:
- Pinch and pop forms off the nails.
- File the side walls, lower arches, and shape the nail using the Perfect File.
*Key Points:
- You should not need to finish file the surface of the nail enhancement unless some gel has squeezed out during application and needs to be filed off.
- Remove the dust from the nails using LEpro Cleanser and LEpro Cleansing Wipes.

Nail Extension using BlinkForm™ with Overlay
Gel Application: You will need Powerbond, Lexy Line Builder Gel, and BlinkForm™ Dual Forms.
- Using LEpro Cleanser and LEpro Cleansing Wipes, cleanse the natural nails thoroughly.
- Push back the keratinized proximal nail fold with LEpro Cuticle Pusher and remove cuticle tissue from the nail. Cuticle detailing can also be done using the LE Zippy eFile and Z-Bits.
- Prep the natural nails with a very light touch, using a 100/180 Grit Lexy File or LE Perfect File; cleanse using LEpro Cleanser and Lint Free Wipes, and remove all dust and debris from the nails.
- Pre-measure and make any adjustments to fit the BlinkForms™ to the natural nail.
- Cleanse nails again using LEpro Cleanser and LEpro Cleansing Wipes.

- Squeeze the BlinkForm™ gently between your thumb and pointer finger to release the form from the gel.
- Pick up a Dollop (amount) ofLexy Extreme Gel and apply a SlipLayer to the nail. *Do not cure*
- Pick up a second Dollop of Lexy Extreme Gel and place iton the nail between the cuticle and apex location. Use the Roll-Off technique, allow it to settle, and then frost down the nail, paying particular attention to the arch location.
- Once the nail is finished, cure it for 60 seconds in the LEDdot curing lamp or two minutes in a UV Lamp.
- Finish file following 201 protocols.
The nails are now ready for decoration.
