Flat Matte and Super Shiny 

1. Paint the Pinkie and the index fingers with one coat of Goddess Within ButterCream and cure. Apply 1-2 Coats of What the Hail and Cure.
2. On the ring and thumbnail, start by applying a thin layer of Pool Shark ButterCream and cure. Next, using the Stripy brush make lines in all direction with some overlapping of primary black, primary white and Goddess Within (*Do Not Cure*) take an art brush dipped and cleanser and dab it in the lines, the colors will begin to fade into each other. Continue this until you get your desired effect. Cure
3. On the middle finger paint 1-2 coats of primary black paint cure. Apply Flat Matte, cure and cleanse the nail. Using a #2 LE Bling Stylus and Super Shiny, create dots all over the nail cure and cleanse.
4. Coat the remaining nails with Super Shiny and cure.
